These terms govern your use of the ConformIQ website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
ConformIQ provides ISO management system documentation, templates, customised systems and related advisory and certification-support services. Specific deliverables, timeframes and fees are set out in the quote or proposal we provide for your engagement.
Templates and documents we supply are licensed for use within one organisation only and must not be resold or redistributed. You may adapt them for your internal use. Intellectual property in our underlying templates remains ours unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We help you prepare for certification, but certification decisions are made by independent certification bodies. We do not guarantee a particular audit outcome, as this depends on factors including how the system is implemented and maintained.
Fees, payment terms and any deposit requirements are set out in your quote or proposal. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the period specified on the invoice.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
